Absolutely no food or alcohol is allowed inside of watercraft. Only water in a clear container is allowed onboard.

To provide maximum flexibility, we rotate ride days across multiple lakes based on a predetermined schedule. Your exact JetCar location will be included in your confirmation email after booking. Please note: our office address is not the location of your ride.

Full refund will be granted if cancellation is received before 48 hours of the start of the event. Should there be inclement weather conditions, we may issue a refund or reschedule the day of your reservation.

Each experience distance is determined by your pre-paid duration and speed that you drive. We encourage you to explore the lake; however, you are required to return to the predetermined dock 5 minutes prior to booking end time.

There is no age requirement; however, each person MUST weigh at least 60 lbs or more each and not exceed maximum weight listed on the individual watercraft.

JetCar base and promotional prices are per car per hour rental. Each car can hold up to four average size adults. You're welcome to split the bill between the four seats however you prefer, but we can only keep one card on file. If you're a solo rider and covering all of the costs, know it will be well-worth the ride!

You will be prompted to select the car you'd like for your rental and then check availability. Next, you'll enter in your general contact information, choose whether or not you would like to add-on any additional products; and, then lastly you will enter your credit card information in order to submit the required $100 deposit per vehicle to reserve your booking. A confirmation email will immediately be sent to the email address you inputted on file. All of the details you need for your booking are outlined in the email including a safety training video, waivers, and details on the location of the reservation.

Depending on the location there may be a public use restroom within 5 minutes walking distance or short drive. It's best to handle everything you need to before arriving 15 minutes prior to your booking time.

All of our booking are made in advance. We may consider a same day booking subject to availability and will charge a $25 same day fee. If you are interested in a same day booking, give us a call at 615-208-2271.
